What was the frame rate on the slide show? It seems incredible that the human eye can pick out images at that speed - whatever it was - and make the “Oh, I remember that post” connection. Actually it was all rather cool and beautiful.
Glad we got to meet when we did. Hopefully soon in Seattle.

5 frames per second, so doable, lol. I love stop motion. Next up, video stop motion.
Likewise, Byron, and hope so, too. A coast-to-coast Canada trip is on the table, little Portland/Seattle diversion is certainly an option.
Budapest is a good place to have fun, wander round, excellent restaurants and bars, great views of the Danube and a wonderful skyline. Wander along Andrassy ut and you’ll think you’re back in Paris - just further back in time….you might even shoot some video…:-)

Beautiful day here - 24c - but will turn a bit more seasonal tomorrow. So happy to have seen one of your cargo bike friend’s bright red-orange working bikes, parked outside Canadian Tire (a hardware, general goods and, er… tire store). The ownwer was inside and I couldn’t wait for him or her to emerge, but other cyclists were admiring it. Incredibly solid loading platforms fore and aft (and I don’t mean the triporteur (bakfiets), just a very strong working bicycle).

I’m not a photographer; if I were, I’d already have sent you pictures. I do watercolours, but don’t always carry them around with me!
