A Trip To Copenhagen

I’m taking a trip to Copenhagen between November 6th and November 11th.
Visiting a few friends, exploring the city on my own bike, meeting with iBikeCPH. Hoping for good / reasonable weather and great views :)
I’m staying at the Cab Inn City Hotel on Mitchellsgade 14.

Just an Amsterdam native who won't take his city and its cycling extravaganza for granted anymore, thinking these posts might be clues to others, inspiration perhaps, if you will...

I’m glad you are able to take the train. Guess you change in Hamburg?

There is an interesting website by a railway fan, the Man in Seat 61, (Mark Smith) on how to find fares comparable to those cheap air fares - and obviously infinitely more civilised and environmentally-friendly. http://www.seat61.com

It is almost impossible to get from Montréal to Boston by rail. Decades back, the service was infinitely better.

No change in Hamburg, going straight, nice and comfortable (also saves me the hassle of transferring Mr Freight :))

Nice site, good effort, and hope that rail gets to enjoy a renaissance real soon!

    Promises, promises, Andrew :)

(I’m on the train now, on the move, only 14 hours to go :-p)
