On very rare occasions I’m forced to take a tram. Rare, because cycling in town will always be better, faster and more fun. Duh.

Trams and bicycles have a few things in common. They beat the car in efficiency, in making cities livable and you have time to relax, absorb and observe. Duh.

Electric cars are not the future, they are a disastrous step back. Duh.

one of a few one-timers, Drooder...I had to pick up my loved one from the airport, and I didn't think she'd like sitting on the back of Mr Freight with that rain :)

:) I totally understand, I've had to ride the bus a couple of times since I started cycling regularly, and it feels SOOOOO slow and tedious. The streetcar is even slower. Nice that it exists if you have to use it, but boy is a bicycle better.

Yes...trust me you don't want to be on a tram with this guy...he is not a happy camper when he has to get around the Dam by tram...give the man his bike!

haha, yes, but this needs some clarification: only when I'm pressed for time and have to be all over the place, it's just not good enough, dammit! :)
