Stop at any junction in Amsterdam, and instantly you’ll feel like you’ve entered the realm of a busy beehive. These bees, however, won’t sting.

Oh yes, I like that idea very much. Rather than 'Build it and they shall come' how about 'Build it and they'll have fun?'

Or maybe 'A thousand smiles: cheaper to build than a mile of new motorway.'?

yeah, all good, but it's always easier to come up with cute slogans than actually write proper bicycle master plans and sell those...oh wait they are already there :)
