He helped that girl, by making room (lifting/moving that gent's bike) for her to get her bike out.

Not a trick question: they are the only ones crossing the street where they shouldn't be and they all have exactly the same rental bike (just not the usual red monster ;)).

Those tourists are probably Italian. They ride their rental bikes like 6 year olds on a playground. Because they see old people and kids riding bikes in Amsterdam they think its easy. Not realising those kids get trafficlessons in primary school and those old people have been cycling all their lives. Those tourists often are a danger to themselves and and other people.
